Shipping policy

All parcels are shipped as quickly as possible, please refer to the banner on the main page for our turnaround time.

 

please note next day service is 1-2 business days from the day its dispatched not from day of order and does not include  northern Ireland or Scottish highlands

 

N.Ireland and Scottish highlands can take 4-6 business days 

If you receive a notification from us via email any time over the weekend to say your order has been dispatched and on its way please bare in mind it will be leaving us on Monday!

 

please note we do not guarantee next day delivery all we can guarantee is that your order leaves our premise the same day it ordered as long as ordering before 12pm (midday) and the order will be sent out on a next day service but courier will not guarantee this service all though 99.5% are fulfilled 

 

if you decide to cancel a order which contains pre orders then a 10.00 administrative charge will be deducted from the refund.
