Refund policy

Orders are sold business to business terms so no returns accepted unless faulty. Also damaged goods will be issued via refund if reported within 48 hours off being signed for 

if you receive your parcel damage or a box with a hole you must accept it as damaged this way the courier will take a picture of the damage at your door for insurance claim, if you do not accept the the parcel as damaged and we can not see any damage in the picture from the courier  we will not be responsible for any damages or lost contents 

all damaged products must be either sent back to us or we ask for a picture of them destroyed ( so they can not be used as seconds ) 



To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at jjswholesaleblackpool@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, if faulty  as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If not reported within 48 hours we can not issue a refund for breakages.

 

please note that tracking is sent to your email provided you will get tracking number and message from delivery company saying when it will be delivered. Delivery companies will leave your parcel behind gates in bins etc. they will send you a picture of this as soon as it’s there via email. Please make sure you check your spam or junk folders 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Store credit has to be used within 3 months of the agreement 

all orders are sent via a fully insured tracked courier service. If you do not receive the parcel but tracking shows the item as delivered we will ask the courier for a investigation which can take upto 28 working days. We will always follow their decision. If the tracking shows it has been delivered to your property this is classed as a safe place. If no one is in to receive your order and there is evidence via picture or gprs then this will be a matter for the authorities as some one has entered your property and stolen the parcel 

 

if you have a product which is out of stock on your order which can happen from time to time if our software crashes then the item out of stock will be refunded to you and the remaining items will be sent 

 

all products at time of listing have no current U.K. copyright or Intellectual  property on them. But we can not guarantee that someone or company will apply and be granted a copyright or intellectual property on a item in the future. We can not offer refunds on such products if a intellectual property or copyright is granted.
